Ted McIntire ended 3 decades of service to his country in 2011, but has remained committed to protecting the Constitution of the United States as a Humanitarian Activist. His activism has included promoting Human Security, US-Russia citizen diplomacy, ending nuclear weapons, as well as protesting the war crimes of the 1st Trump administration in Yemen, and the war crimes of the Biden administration and the 2nd Trump administration in historic Palestine and Gaza.

Starting in October 2023 he led an email campaign “Is My Congressman A Felon ?” to expose his Congressman as a felon and therefore subject to arrest and incarceration in accordance with Article 1 Section 6 of the Constitution.https://constitution.congress.gov/constitution/article-1/
In June 2024 Ted McIntire announced his run for Congress in Cape Love, North Carolina to hold accountable the incumbent Congressman for his role/voting to directly enable war crimes in Yemen last decade and war crimes in Gaza this decade. Like a majority of the members of Congress, it is evidenced through voting records that despite an overflowing of credible evidence that U.S. precision guided weapons were being used against civilian targets in Yemen, more weapons were approved for sale to those responsible for this violent breach of International Humanitarian Law and U.S. laws against war crimes. Also, the majority of Congress is continuing their violations of International Humanitarian Law and U.S. laws through voting for the transfer of taxpayer funding to the military-industrial complex of Israel and through approval of the transfer of weapons systems and munitions used to mass murder women, children and civilian non combatant men in Gaza.
In September 2024 Ted McIntire launched an effort to encourage any and all citizens all over the United States of America to run for Congress to hold them accountable to the Constitution and the laws of the United States, Title 10 U.S. Code section 918 – Article 118 MURDER, Title 18 U.S. Code section 2441 WAR CRIMES and Title 18 U.S. Code section 1091 GENOCIDE
